Service area

Urban Tanker currently accepts delivery requests only for supported Chennai PIN codes beginning with 600. Submission of a request does not guarantee supply until our team confirms availability.

Pricing and payment

The price shown when booking is based on the selected tanker and quantity. Any change required because of access, distance or unusual delivery conditions will be explained before confirmation. Payment is currently collected by cash or UPI at delivery.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide an accurate address, reachable phone number, safe vehicle access and a suitable receiving tank or storage point. Delivery may be refused where access or unloading would be unsafe or unlawful.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking. Confirmed dispatches may involve a reasonable cancellation charge if the tanker has already departed.

Water use and complaints

Select the correct water type for the intended use. Report delivery or quality concerns promptly with the order number so we can investigate.
